Background of the Study

In Plateau State, manufacturing firms are increasingly adopting AI to streamline operations and remain competitive in a dynamic business environment. The integration of AI in business processes reduces dependency on manual labor, minimizes errors, and accelerates production timelines. However, the implementation of AI also presents challenges such as high setup costs, the need for skilled personnel, and concerns about job displacement (Yusuf et al., 2025).

Statement of the Problem
